Lidl needs no introduction but it is one of the UK’s leading discount supermarket chains. With a head office in Germany, their British marketing operations are managed in the UK.

What we did

Lidl approached us for help with raising awareness that they stock regional British food as well as international delicacies. They wanted to attract new footfall as well as communicating with their existing customer base and they required a solution that could be re-used whenever needed. We developed a marketing campaign celebrating the food specialities of each of the kingdoms: Scotland, Wales, England and Ireland that would be executed locally to each store. Each region has its own campaign celebrating local foodstuffs stocked by Lidl.

The project involved photography, video, copywriting and translation services which we fulfilled before creating a seamless campaign that involved poster sites for ambient and static media, in-store point of sale, direct mail and web content.
